Policies

1. Booking & Payment

    ●    All classes must be booked in advance through the booking system.

    ●    Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

    ●    Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable unless stated              otherwise.

2. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes, memberships, private lessons, events, packages, missed classes, no-shows, unused sessions, or remaining balances. Please review all purchases carefully before completing checkout.

  • If you are unable to attend, please refer to our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Approved exceptions, if any, are at the studio’s discretion and may exclude non-refundable processing fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

    ●    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 6 hours before class start time.

    ●    Cancellations made after the 6-hour window will result in loss of class credit.

    ●    No-shows are considered late cancellations and will also forfeit the class credit.

    ●    Missed classes may be eligible to be repurchased (“buy-back”) by texting the                      studio directly.

4. Late Arrivals

    ●    Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in being denied entry for safety reasons.

    ●    Late arrivals will still be charged and class credit will not be refunded.

5. Waitlist Policy

    ●    If a class is full, students may join the waitlist.

    ●    If a spot opens, students will be added automatically or contacted depending on your system.

    ●    If someone cancels last minute, spots go to waitlisted students first.

6. Rescheduling Policy

    ●    Reschedules must follow the same 6-hour policy as cancellations.

    ●    Exceptions are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

7. Private Lessons

    ●    Private lessons must be paid in advance.

    ●    Rescheduling follows the same 6-hour cancellation rule unless otherwise agreed.

    ●    No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session.

8. Studio Conduct & Safety

    ●    Respect for instructors and other students is required at all times.

    ●    No harassment, unsafe behavior, or disrespect will be tolerated.

    ●    Grip aids and attire must be appropriate for pole safety.

9. Photography & Content

    ●    Photos/videos may be taken during class unless a student requests otherwise.

    ●    Students will be notified if content is being recorded for social media.

10. Health & Liability

    ●    Liability forms must be completed in order to join the class and students participate            at their own risk.

    ●    Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class.

    ●    The studio is not responsible for injuries sustained during class.

11. Packages & Expiration

    ●    Class packages have expiration dates.

    ●    Expired classes are not guaranteed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
